LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – When police arrived at a possible break-in, they found a man who had illegally moved into the building.
According to a police report, officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Camp Street for a possible break-in. When they arrived, the front door was ajar and the rear window open with tires stacked beneath it.
Police found David Green, 45, is the vacant living room. He had taken up residence into the home with clothing, a camp style bed and several empty beer cans inside. Green is on the Kentucky sex offender's registry whose address is listed on Floyd Street.
Green is being charged with criminal trespass and failure to comply with sex offender registration.
