Many children get to celebrate Easter with egg hunts and baskets full of candy but what about the children less fortunate?

Non-profit organization Baskets of Life will donate more than 1,200 Easter baskets to homeless children in Cincinnati this year. Some of the recipients include:

  • St. Aloysius Orphanage
  • St. Joseph's Orphanage
  • Bethany House Women's Shelter
  • Exodus Men's Shelter
  • Lighthouse Youth Services
  • Faces without Places

The Easter baskets will be filled with stuffed animals, candy, footballs and toys.
