LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A student at Doss High School was arrested after threatening to attack his teacher, according to a police report.

On April 15, the teacher asked Deonte Rhodes to sit down and pay attention, but he refused. Police say Rhodes insulted the teacher and threatened him, saying "I'm 18 and going to smash your face in." The teacher asked Rhodes to leave the room, and he responded, "I'm going to take care of you outside of this school."

Rhodes left the school but was arrested when he returned the next day.

He is charged with terroristic threatening.
