Teen accused of threatening to shoot, kill elementary students found not guilty

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Mount Washington teenager who was accused of threatening to shoot and kill students at an elementary school was found not guilty.

According to Bullitt County Commonwealth Attorney Mike Mann, Nicholas Bain, 18, was found not guilty on charges of terroristic threatening Wednesday afternoon.

Bain was taken into custody in December 2013 after he allegedly threatened to shoot a child who was his neighbor and other students at Old Mill Elementary School in Bullitt County.

Bain's attorneys and his supporters maintained all along that the accuser lied about the allegation.
