LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a man was killed in a crash in west Louisville.
Police said around 4:30 p.m. Thursday a man was driving a Ford Fusion heading eastbound in the 4100 block of Algonquin Parkway when he lost control of his vehicle and hit a tree.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said not other vehicles were involved in the crash.
Officers are investigating what caused the man to lose control of his vehicle. His identity has not been released.
