KSP: Help from public needed to locate possible murder witnesses

BARDSTOWN, KY (WAVE) – Kentucky State Police are asking for help from the community to identify several vehicles that may have witnessed events surrounding the murders of a mother and daughter.

State police believe the murder happened around 8 p.m. April 21. During that time, KSP said three vehicles were seen traveling northbound on U.S. 150 from the Botland community into Bardstown. The descriptions of the vehicles are:

A dark colored Ford F-350 or F-450 flatbed pickup truck pulling a 20-24 foot cattle trailer.

A 2006 or newer four door, black Chevrolet Impala.

A mid to late 1990's red Ford Ranger Super cab, stepside, pickup truck with aftermarket fenders and a sticker on the rear passenger side window.

Investigators believe those in the vehicles may have witnesses something and they want to talk with them.

Anyone with information about the vehicles or the investigation in general is asked to call the Kentucky State Police Elizabethtown post at 270-766-5078.
