LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Police arrested two men on weapons charges after responding to complaints that a group of people were harassing children at a playground and throwing rocks off the Big Four Bridge, almost hitting a young child.

Police stopped LaSunny Clay, Jr., Jordan Clutter, and two juveniles because they matched the description given by witnesses.

Police say Clutter, 18, cursed at them, yelling that they had no right to stop him. Police found that Clutter had a large knife in his front pocket, according to the report.

Clutter is charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcoholic beverages underage.

Police found a loaded pistol in Clay's backpack. He said the gun belonged to one of the other people arrested and he was just holding it, according to the report.

Clay, 19, is charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
