LA GRANGE, KY (WAVE) – A fight turns into a deadly shooting in Oldham County Sunday night.

Officers were dispatched to a home along East Washington Street in La Grange around 10:00. Right now police aren't sure why the two people were fighting, but according to witnesses, the violence spilled over into the front yard.

"A gun was pulled," said Major Frank Conway of La Grange Police. "One shot was fired, striking the victim in the chest."

The victim of the shooting is Justin Rogers, 24, of La Grange. He died at the scene.

Two men, Robert Carbera and Henry Schultz-Eggenspiller of La Grange, were taken into custody.

Both are being charged with murder.
