LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A woman once employed at a childcare and preschool in the Middletown area has been arrested on charges that she burglarized the facility.

Brittany Miller, 24, was arrested May 10. According to her arrest warrant, Miller was the person who entered the facility at 138 Evergreen Road on April 28 at 6:30 p.m. and took property valued at $700 from the business.

Miller was seen on surveillance video taking the property. Other employees were able to identify her on the video.

The warrant says when the school called Miller she admitted to having the property and said she would return it, but has failed to do so.

The report says Miller used the pass code she had while employed there to get in.
