Valley High student threatens school shooting

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A high school student was arrested after making a threatening comment on social media.

According to an arrest slip, Cody Gripp, 19, is a student at Valley High School. On May 13, which is also his birthday, an unknown incident occurred at school with another student.

Gripp posted a comment on Facebook saying, "Tell that n****r that fought u 2 watch out I'll go in the school shooting."

When police approached Gripp, he uttered a admittance that was captured in the car video system. He was arrested at his home around 7:30 Tuesday night.

Gripp is being charged with terroristic threatening.
