Tree falls on home in Loganville; Latest weather forecast

Rain will continue in Atlanta through Thursday morning. Rain and lightning will be the primary threats, although isolated strong winds will be possible.

Damage Reports from Wednesday

A tree came down on a house in the 1700 block of Mission Park Court in Loganville. Crews found a pine tree down on the house on arrival. There were no injuries.

Walton County 911 reported multiple trees and power lines down throughout the county.

Spalding County 911 has also reported wind damage. One tree was reported down along Musgrove Road in east Griffin.

A tree blocked southbound lanes of GA 138 at Miller Bottom Road in Rockdale County overnight. The lanes have since been reopened.

This morning

Scattered showers will continue in metro Atlanta Thursday morning, although the rain is not expected to be heavy.

This afternoon

Scattered scattered showers will be completely out of metro Atlanta with dry conditions after 1 p.m.
