LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A man being held at Louisville Metro Corrections is facing an additional charge of robbery for being the driver of the car used during the holdup.
An arrest report says James A. Fugett, 22, was positively identified as the driver of the getaway car by the victim and a witness of the robbery on the night of May 1.
During the robbery, police said a person they have yet to identify used a handgun to commit the robbery.
Fugett has been in custody at LMDC since May 7.
