LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A very dynamic little girl who the community helped Pass the Cash to stopped by to visit the WAVE 3 Newsroom Monday.
Faith came with her parents from Bardstown, Kentucky for the day.
Faith has caudel regression syndrome and is missing the whole lower half of her spine and her spinal cord, but she is not missing any of her will, determination and love for others. Since Dawne Gee visited her family to Pass the Cash, Faith has been collecting pull tabs to help send children with cancer to Indian Summer Camp. She surprised Dawne with gallons full of them during her tour.
An all accessible playground for Faith and children like her is being built in Bardstown with the help of the Mayor and the Parks Department, Dream Foundation, UPS and Kosair Charities.
