Recipe: Jerk Turkey Burger from Cobblestone Bread Co.

Summer flavors unite with Cobblestone Bread Company's Jerk Turkey Burger created by Chef Nathan Libby. Fire up the grill and check out the recipe below.

  • 4 Cobblestone Bread Company Cracked Wheat Kaiser Buns
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 Tbsp. Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • ¼ head loose-leaf lettuce
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup diced red pepper
  • ½ cup diced mango
  • ½ cup diced avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Mayo
  • Orange Peel and Juice

Mix ground turkey with jerk seasoning and parsley. Form into four patties and then grill burgers to desired temperature.

While burgers are cooking mix red onion, mango, avocado, red pepper and cilantro together. Toss with olive oil, lime juice and season with salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, orange juice, orange peel and lemon pepper seasoning.

Layer buns with lettuce, citrus mayo, turkey burger and mango salsa. Top with buns and serve.
