LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A southern Kentucky man being sought for the kidnapping of his 20 month old daughter is under arrest.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office says Robert Brent Pomeroy, 25, of Bowling Green, turned himself in around 11:30 a.m. CDT. His daughter, Lillian, was recovered unharmed.

Warrants had been issued for Pomeroy and Sabrina Nicole Vanmeter, his girlfriend, after Pomeroy forced his way into the home of the girl's mother on June 2 and took her from the bathtub.

Pomeroy and Vanmeter, who was arrested June 3, are both being held in the Warren County Regional Jail on kidnapping charges.
