LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – The Louisville man acquitted of murdering his stepbrother will be serving more time in jail.

Joshua Young, 18, was found in contempt of court and sentenced to another 60 days. Young was arrested on April 19 on allegations that he punched and choked his live-in girlfriend. Three days later Young was charged with attacking a man who testified against him.

Young was ordered not to contact his girlfriend, but in court admitted that he called her from jail.

Young was charged with the murder of Trey Zwicker, 14, his stepbrother.
