The man police say caused a horrific crash outside a Southwest Lubbock Walmart last month was indicted on Tuesday.
33-year-old Nick Melton is charged with five counts of aggravated assault.
Police say Melton accelerated his truck across the gas station parking lot at the Walmart on 82nd and Milwaukee.
We're told Melton drove his truck into at least three other vehicles.
Four people, including a 6-year-old girl, were injured.
Milton's bond is set at more than $150,000.
