LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A 20-year-old is accused of stealing from her grandmother.
According to an arrest warrant, Jessica Thompson unlocked a window in her grandmother's bathroom so she could come back later and steal.
Thompson returned and stole jewelry. She pawned the stolen jewelry at Dan's Cash American Pawn on Preston Highway. At the time of the pawn, she had to show identification.
On February 14, police were called to the grandmother's home on a domestic dispute involving Thompson. After she left, her grandmother realized her debit card was stolen.
On February 18, Thompson was captured on surveillance video using the stolen debit card at two different ATM locations.
Thompson is being charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and fraud.
