MOREHEAD, KY (WAVE) – The final suspect being sought in an eastern Kentucky murder is now in custody. Kentucky State Police say Anthony "Rell" Paysen, 19, of Hodgenville, KY, was arrested in LaRue County.

Paysen, along with Julius "Jubee" Kolowitz, 20, and Jaque Abrams, 19, both of Elizabethtown, were wanted for the death of Bo Otis, 20, of Owingsville, KY. Otis was found shot on June 22 at his home in Morehead after state police were called about a possible home invasion. He died the next day at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington from a gunshot wound to the head.
