LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – After being fined in court again National College is fighting back. The school says demands by the Kentucky Attorney General's Office were too broad.

Attorney General Jack Conway has been looking into allegations that National College, a school geared toward low income non-college graduates, misled its students about job placement and graduation rates.

Conway requested documents from the college to aide his investigation, but the documents were not handed over for months.

The court fined National College for not turning in the documents on time. The college is appealing the most recent fine calling the attorney general's investigative demands "poorly defined."
