LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Louisville Metro Police have arrested one of four people are accused of forcing their way into a home, attacking a man and causing thousands of dollars in damage.
While looking for her husband on June 17, an arrest warrant says Quinisha Burns, 24 , forced her way into the victim's home on Wilson Avenue along with three other people. According to the warrant, Burns and her husband are separated.
The victim said all four of the intruders attacked Burns' husband. Burns continued attacking the man with various household items – breaking lamps, tables and doors – and overturned furniture as she and the others left, according to the complaint.
The victim estimated that the damage exceeded $2,000.
Burns was arrested June 26. She is charged with assault, burglary, criminal mischief, criminal trespassing and harassing communications.
The three other co-defendants were not identified in the report.
