LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – An inmate has added charges after threatening to kill an officer.
According to an arrest report, Danny Earley, 32, was an inmate at Louisville Metro Department of Corrections. On July 8, Earley was just eight days shy of being released. Earley threatened as officer saying he would kill him like Jason Ellis.
Earley continued, “Okay, I’ll see you in eight days, Jason Ellis.” When he was asked what he meant by the remark, he added, “You will be pushing up daisies like Jason Ellis, the Bardstown cop that was killed.”
