Police: Drug suspects endangered children

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Three people have been arrested after a search warrant uncovered guns and drugs in a home where small children were living.

Arrest reports say the warrant was served on a home in the 4000 block of Naomi Drive on July 15. Inside the house, detectives found eight ounces of meth, along with marijuana and extacy pills.

Also found were two handguns and a pistol grip shotgun with Louisville Metro police said were in reach of the two small children living there.

Detectives arrested Tion G. Goodlett, 38, Javonta M. Caldwell, 37, and Nathan Vanhorn, 26. Each is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of controlled substances, possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a minor.
