LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The man charged with murder in a suspected drunk driving crash that killed a Hardin County teen is now behind bars in Nelson County.
Michael Hilton was being held in the Hardin County jail, but jailers there requested a courtesy hold.

Courtesy holds are requests to avoid holding an inmate who is related to employee at the jail.
A Hardin County grand jury indicted Michael Hilton on a list of charges, including engaging in organized crime and complicity to trafficking controlled substances.
Hilton is charged with murder in the June 22 crash that killed Brianna Taylor, 17.
