Car holding 3 children rammed in road rage incident

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Road rage led to a woman’s arrest Saturday morning.

An arrest report says the incident happened at the intersection of Dixie Highway and Greenwood Road. According to police, around 10:45 a.m. July 19 the victim was driving south on Dixie Highway with her three children in the car. While stopped at the traffic light, another woman got out of her car and began yelling that the victim’s car was too close.

The victim said she got into the other lane to avoid that woman and her husband who was driving. Meanwhile, Nancy E. Bray, 31, was in the third lane and began yelling that she knew the victim’s daughter and that she was going to "kick her butt."

According to the victim, she rolled her window up and Bray rammed her truck into the victim’s car. The vehicles pulled into a bank parking lot and Bray began yelling and rammed her car again.

The incident was captured on video.

Bray has been charged with four counts of wanton endangerment.
