JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (WAVE) - The Louisville man charged in connection with a road rage incident on Interstate 65 had to be wheeled into the courtroom for his initial appearance.
Donald Eldridge is accused of resisting arrest and possessing drugs and a weapon at the time of last week's incident.

Eldridge was chased along Interstate 65 and then Charlestown Road, where police say he got out of his car and ran away. K-9 officers then caught him and Eldridge said police used excessive force.
"I was treated wrongly once I was put on the ground," said Eldridge.
In Eldridge's car police found guns, drugs and cash.
He is being held on a $50,000 full cash bond in the Clark County Jail.
