NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Police want to question a Nashville man in connection to his mother's shooting death.

Judy Moon, 68, was found dead on Wednesday afternoon inside her home at 2833 Clay Lick Rd.

Neighbors say they last saw Moon on July 21. A friend asked police to do a welfare check, which is when officers found Moon's body inside the home.

Moon lived with her son, 48-year-old Brian Keith Leeman. Police say Leeman and Moon were known to have been involved in disputes with each other in the past.

Police believe Leeman is driving his mother's silver Ford Focus. The car's license plate number is H5194G.

Anyone who sees Leeman is asked to call the Emergency Communications Center at 615-862-8600 or Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
