LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Louisville Metro police have charged a man with receiving stolen property after he sold a car posted on a popular online site for just over one-third of its value.
An arrest warrant says Timothy Disspayne, 29, of Louisville, placed an ad on CraigsList July 16 to sell a 2012 Dodge Charger, a vehicle valued at $30,000. The car was sold for $11,000.

Disspayne was arrested on Aug. 14. The warrant says he is currently on probation for fraudulent use of a credit card.
