The victim says he restrained her, grabbed her phone and walked outside to get a ride. While the victim was sitting outside, Jones walked outside with a gun.
She was yelling and the victim says he got angry and threw the phone down, breaking it. Jones then fired a shot at the victim and approached him, putting the gun to his head. As he tried to get away, Jones fired the gun again.
The victim was able to get the gun away just as police arrived.
