CLARKSVILLE, IN (WAVE) - What's old is new again in Clarksville on Saturday.

The city will host its 16th annual community yard sale.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their kids for Touch A Truck.

From 10 a.m. to noon at the Clarksville Little League Complex, children will get up close and personal to vehicles they see on the roads every day.

"A lot of parents these days, when we see them out there, they say, 'We're going to have the police come and get you if you don't do what you're supposed to,'" Clarksville Police Officer Mike Popplewell said. "We want the kids to be able to come to us if there is a problem. We want that relationship with the public and with the kids. It's really a great program."

The yard sale with 60-plus vendors starts at 8 a.m. and is free to the public.
