CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -

A tractor-trailer driver faces reckless driving charges after his rig overturned Tuesday morning on the ramp from Route 1 south to Chippenham Parkway.

All lanes are now back open, but the incident led to delays for hours.

The driver of the tractor-trailer, Micheal L. Yarborough, suffered minor injuries. He was headed south on Route 1 when his rig flipped while getting onto Chippenham south around 8:40 a.m. according to State Police. The truck was loaded with repair mats and troopers believe speed is a factor in the crash.
