GLENDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

An undercover sting at a Valley message parlor has led to the arrests of two women, Glendale police said.

The Zen Spa at 6390 W. Bell Road in Glendale came under the microscope on May 19 in connection with prostitution-related offenses, officers said.

Undercover detectives purchased massages and were solicited for sex acts by spa employees in exchange for money several times between May 20 to Aug. 13, police said.

On July 9, an inspection of the spa uncovered several Glendale city code violations, according to the detective who went there. Two women who worked there did not have licenses to perform massage therapy in Arizona, police said.

On Monday, a search warrant was executed at the home of Kunling Liang, 61, of Scottsdale. Another search warrant was served on the business.

Liang was arrested and booked into jail on charges of prostitution, maintaining a house of prostitution, illegal control of an enterprise, receiving earnings of a prostitute.

Sara Park was arrested as she left the business. She was identified by detectives as the woman who solicited them for sex acts for money.

During a search of the Zen Spa business, detectives said they found numerous unpackaged condoms hidden in various places.

Liang told police she had solicited customers for sex two or three times a week, court paperwork stated.

She also said she knew Park was committing acts of prostitution at the business, according to a probable cause statement.
