LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A popular retailer pulled a controversial children's shirt from its stores. People say the long sleeve shirt is reminiscent of the clothes Jewish people were made to wear at Nazi concentration camps.

Spanish Fashion retailer Zara says the shirt was designed as part of a wild west clothing theme and the star was intended as a sheriff's badge.

The company said it removed the item from it's stores and website due to the protests and apologized to customers.
