Hardin Co. school cancels classes for second day after fallen tree knocks out power

ELIZABETHTOWN, KY (WAVE) - Classes at an alternative school will be canceled again Friday as crews work to remove a tree that fell on the building Wednesday, knocking out power.

The approximately 30 students at Hardin County High School worked from home Thursday after storms knocked over the 100-year-old tree on Aug. 27.
