LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - An LMPD officer reported the owner of a used car dealership offered to perform a sex act on the officer if he would let the man go after police found an unlicensed massage room in the back of the dealership.

Timothy Robert "Bobby" Boden, 32, is charged with bribery of a public servant, practicing massage therapy without a license, possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possesion of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in marijuana.

According to arrest reports for Boden, officers were searching Buy Right Motors on Bardstown Road when they discovered the drugs and the massage room. The room contained a massage table and stool, aroma therapy candles, used condoms and wrappers, empty bottles of baby oil and a sign stating, "Tips appreciated."

The officer said Boden told him he gave soft-touch massages and did not need a license. He then asked the officer to let him go, offering to perform a sex act in exchange.

Police also found suspected heroin, drug paraphernalia, two digital scales and several large bags with marijuana residue. Boden's arrest report says he told officers that he buys marijuana in large quantities, consistent with trafficking.
