LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A third suspect is facing charges in connection to a shooting that killed a 16-month-old girl and wounded her mother.

William McLemore, 19, was taken into custody Wednesday in connection to the Aug. 27 shooting that killed Ne'riah Miller and injured her mother Cierra Miller-Twyman on the front steps of their home on 37th Street.

Two other men, Trey Anderson, 20 and Michael Dunn, 24, are charged with murder, attempted murder and wanton endangerment in the case.

McLemore is charged with 11 counts of complicity to murder, complicity assault, nine counts of complicity wanton endangerment, serving bench warrant for court and license to be in possession. He is being held on a $500,000 full cash bond.
