LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The owner of The Village Anchor, a popular restaurant in Anchorage, plans to lease and manage KT's Restaurant and Bar, a longtime fixture at Lexington Road and Grinstead Drive.

KT's opened in 1985, strongly resembling the Old Kentucky Tavern, a Louisville hotspot in the 1950s.

Kevin Grangier says for now, he will keep everything at KT's the same, but he will look into what might need to be changed in 2015.

Seventy employees work at The Village Anchor and KT's.
