HARRISON COUNTY, IN (WAVE) – A doctor accused of sexual assault agreed to a plea deal Thursday.
Doctor Paul Kelty will spend four years in in-home incarceration followed by four years on probation.

In 2013 Kelty was indicted on 22 felony charges for over prescribing medications, Medicare fraud and sexually assaulting patients.
The plea deal did not include any sexual assault charges but Harrison County Prosecutor Otto Schalk called the agreement a win.
"I think we have put a doctor out of practice," he said. "There will be substantial fines, again this is a win for Harrison County and a win for the state of Indiana."
Kelty agreed to permanently surrender his medical license, meaning he will no longer be able to practice medicine.
