LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - You had plenty to say regarding our editorial last week on the traffic tie-ups at the Kentucky State Fair.
Phillip Joseph Feldkamp said: "I didn't understand why there was one person finding out how many people, if you had tickets, scanning tickets and telling you a price. Then they couldn't even take the money. You had to drive up to the booth to pay. Took twice if not three times longer than it should have."
Tammy White-Davis said: "I originally thought about going back a second time, but after an hour and a half to get in, no thank I won't be returning."
Kim Tingle said: "They need to rethink how they get cars into the lot! We said last year if they did that again we would not go! They are hurting their own revenue."
But Louis Clark disagreed, saying: "I don't get why everyone expects that there should be no wait time. You are going to have to wait when there are thousands and thousands of people in the same place. You call complain but the world doesn't revolve around you and you think it should. You should be tankful the state fair is here bringing in revenue instead of whining about a diminutive issue like a traffic situation."
We appreciate all of your feedback!
