Officers found the rear door of the house had been forced open. Austin told police there was nothing in the house worth taking and they found the door open.

All three pleaded not guilty to burglary, possession of burglary tools and drug paraphernalia. The drug charge came after officers found three syringes and a spoon commonly used for heroin inside the car the trio were driving.

Gregory and Austin are being held on a $10,000 bond. Hale must pay $1,000 to be released on home incarceration.
