LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Four people and three companies have been indicted for engaging in organized crime and trafficking in synthetic drugs.
Alvin Borowick, Kerry Borowick, Richard Borowick and Stacey Borowick made their first court appearance Monday afternoon.

The indictments also name the companies as Bargains Galore, Inc., K&R Investments, LLC and Kentuckiana Lease Investments, Inc.
Authorities say the group was involved in a long-term operation of supplying large amounts of synthetic drugs to customers and local smoke shops.
