LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - As the end of school draws closer for thousands of Jefferson County Public Schools students it's time to start thinking about summer fun. And a little summer reading, too.

This year the Louisville Free Public Library's Summer Reading Program is launching a new digital service called "Beanstack," which is designed to make it easier than ever to register your child. "Beanstack" is a parent-engagement tool that connects families with free reading recommendations as well as educational programs like Summer Reading and the city's Cultural Pass.
