LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Wait until your father gets home is a phrase many of us didn't want to hear when we were young. The sad part is for many, there is no father in the home to even worry about offering discipline.
There needs to be more fathers present and actively engaged. Some children would welcome hearing wait until your father gets home.
As we celebrate father's on Sunday, reflect on how important they are and need to be to help uplift our communities.
Moms certainly are the backbones of most households, but those fortunate enough to have or have had a giving Dad are all the better for it.
