LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - WAVE 3 News and WAVE3.com are asking for the public's help following the extreme flooding that has left two dozen people dead in West Virginia.
Heavy rains and flash flooding left their mark on much of the state starting June 23, as 44 counties declared states of emergency, and President Barack Obama announced a statewide disaster declaration.
Crews are still trying to locate those who remain missing, as well as restore power and infrastructure, among other critical priorities.
