LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A robbery suspect was caught after a police chase in Louisville.
Farren Collins was arrested at 3 a.m. on Tuesday in the 100 block of West Broadway.
Collins' arrest report states he led police on a dangerous chase that ended when he crashed a vehicle and was pointed out by witnesses in the area.
Collins was taken to the police station, where he admitted to being involved in several armed robberies using a handgun.
In one of the robberies, Collins and two other people stole items from a woman in the 900 block of Cherokee Road, according to the report. The woman was able to track her stolen cell phone, which led police to Collins location. The cell phone and other stolen items were found the vehicle Collins crashed on West Broadway during the chase.
Farren Collins is charged with 11 counts of robbery and one count of fleeing or evading police.
