Ginny Frazier, who is a parent of a St. Francis student, recently contributed to LeVar Burton's kickstarter campaign to launch Reading Rainbow Kitz. Burton was the host of Reading Rainbow during its 26 years on television. Frazier arranged for Burton to participate in an assembly at the school.

After reading some of his favorite books to the K-8th grade students, Burton received a big treat! The entire student body performed their rendition of the Reading Rainbow theme song.

Burton captured the performance on video and posted it to his Twitter page. The caption read, "This happened today at St. Francis School in Louisville... #butterflyinthesky."

Siofra Rucker, Director of Advancement at St. Francis School described the event as a phenomenal experience for the students and staff.
