LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The Atlantic Coast Conference has announced the 2017 baseball championships will be held at Louisville Slugger Field.
The games will be played May 23-28 at the 13,331 seat home of the Louisville Bats, the top minor league farm club of the Cincinnati Reds.
The tournament, which was originally scheduled to be played at Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham, NC, will feature the top 10 ACC teams with two games on May 23, followed by three games per day Wednesday through Saturday, May 24-27, in a round-robin format. The championship game will be played between the two pool winners on Sunday, May 28.
The University of Louisville will serve as host for the championship event. Ticket information and additional details will be announced at a later date.
