Pasta lovers rejoice! Grassa Gramma, an Italian restaurant offering southern and northern fare, is opening in Holiday Manor. Homemade pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and an exclusive selection of Italian wines, beers, coffees, and sodas are just some of the options to be offered. Entrees will range from $12-$28.
Grassa Gramma has two dedicated pastry chefs, a dedicated pasta chef, and executive chef, Rob Rice, was previously working with Wolfgang Puck in Los Angeles.
