Seniors seeking enrollment assistance may ask questions about Medicare Part D on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., on the third floor of the Urban Government Center, 810 Barret Avenue.

Louisville Metro Community Action Partnership
One-on-one enrollment assistance is available on Thursdays, Noon to 4 p.m. at the 1200 S. Third Street office through the May 15 enrollment deadline. Seniors may make an appointment by calling 574-1157, ext. 307.

Family Health Centers
Family Health Center clients can receive one-on-one consultations in the Behavioral Health Resource Center on the third floor of the Portland clinic, 2215 Portland Avenue. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by calling 772-8370.

Louisville Free Public Library
All local libraries have computers available for residents who would like to apply for Medicare Part D online. Library employees are not trained to advise residents about plans, but can help citizens access the www.medicare.gov website.
