HoneyBakedÒ Ham and Cheese Quiche
1 ½ c. cubed HoneyBakedÒ Ham ½ lb. HoneyBakedÒ Bacon, crisp cooled 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. shredded Cojack cheese 1 small onion, chopped 1 jar (2 ½ oz.) sliced mushrooms 2 c. milk 4 eggs, beaten (or 1 c. egg substitute) 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix ¼ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 F.In bottom of greased 9” pie pan, layer ham, bacon, chesses, onion and mushrooms.In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, biscuit mix, salt and pepper; beat well.Pour over ham and cheese mixture.Bake at 400 F for 10-minutes; reduce temperature to 350 F and cook for 40 to 45 minutes.
Recipe yields four to six servings.Serve with marinated vegetable salad and fruit muffins.
